    I find the 71% rather high. It doesn’t seem conceivable that so many people take their branding so casually. Bearing in mind that it is the focus of their business and therefore impacts on their hoped-for success, perhaps that helps explain the high turnover of small to medium business – lack of understranding.

      Thanks for commenting. It could be that the people who have replied to date are typically online MORE and so therefore quite conscious of impacts. I will be curious to see final results after email recipients etc have also had a say… might stay same, might not. xc
